Fares quoted in advance are based on the details provided at booking. Extra waiting time, route changes, and additional stops may affect final fare.

For airport pickups, please provide accurate flight information. We monitor flights where details are available but cannot guarantee against all delays outside our control.

Cancellations should be made as early as possible. Charges may apply for late cancellations after a driver has been dispatched.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring pickup and drop-off details are accurate. Kelpies Cabs is not liable for delays caused by incorrect information.
